Please Open and Test Only the Tester Provided
To ensure a smooth return process, please open and test only the complimentary tester/sample provided with your order.
Do NOT open the original perfume box or sealed product.
If you are not satisfied with the fragrance after testing the sample, you may return the parcel immediately to the delivery rider at the time of delivery.
7-Day Return Policy
If you decide to keep your order after delivery, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:
• The original perfume box must remain sealed, unopened, and unused.
• Returns will not be accepted if the original perfume packaging has been opened or tampered with.
• The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, and documents included.
Return Procedure
If you wish to return your order after receiving it, please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
